These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Thelocksmith24-7 Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a locksmith business operating in Bromley, Kent, and Southeast London. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide residential, commercial, and emergency locksmith services including lock repairs, replacements, installations, lockout assistance, access control, and related work. Services are carried out by qualified locksmiths to a professional standard.
Where possible, we provide an estimate before starting work. Final prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, parts required, time of day, and call-out distance. Any change to the agreed price will be discussed with you before additional work is carried out.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods stated to you at the time of booking. Late or non-payment may result in additional administrative charges.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made after a locksmith has been dispatched may incur a call-out charge to cover travel and time already committed.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Parts and labour are covered by a 12-month warranty against faulty workmanship, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party interference after the work is completed.
While we take every care to carry out our services safely and professionally, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, faults in third-party products, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
